I started as a professional dancer at age 7 and spent years performing in front of thousands — which probably explains why I’m comfortable leading a room and reading energy fast.
I’ve navigated running multiple businesses inside of a half a billion dollar company and raising two kids under two — so I understand pressure, pace, and the need for systems that actually work.
I do drink coffee — just not the “can’t function without three shots” kind. My best clarity usually shows up in the shower or on a sunrise walk.
I’m a big believer in emotional regulation as a leadership superpower — and I love linking it back to science and strategy.
Baking is one of my favourite ways to slow down — and yes, people tend to come back for seconds.
I’m a reformed control freak who now builds businesses that don’t revolve around the founder (even if the founder could do it all).
I’m a Capricorn sun, Scorpio moon, and Aquarius rising — which means structure, depth, and disruption are kind of my home base.
