Every ALC engagement begins with an in-person Culture Read — a full day in your business where I meet your team, observe your dynamics, and read what no spreadsheet ever could. That diagnostic shapes everything that follows.
From there your leadership team meets with me fortnightly via Zoom. You meet with me monthly as the founder. The team learns. You lead. The business grows without you holding it all together.
Two tiers available:
Small team — 2 to 20 team members, 2 to 5 on leadership calls. For the founder ready to build a self-sustaining team and reclaim their time.
Growing team — 20 to 30 team members, 5 to 10 on leadership calls. For the founder leading a larger operation who needs their culture to match their growth.
