Here is how it works.

Every ALC engagement begins with the Culture Read. A full day in your business before anything else starts. I meet your team, observe how you all move together, and read what no spreadsheet ever could. That diagnostic shapes everything that follows.

From there your leadership team meets with me fortnightly via Zoom. Your 2 to 10 key people, building self-leadership, regulation, communication, and culture from the inside out.

You meet with me monthly as the founder. 90 minutes, just you and me. Strategy, clarity, and the honest conversation your business needs you to have.

You have access to the ALC resource library between sessions, tools and frameworks to support the work in real time.

At the six month mark we hold a dedicated review session to document the shifts, celebrate the results, and decide what comes next.

Minimum commitment is 6 months. Because the results worth having take time to build.

Two tiers. Same philosophy.

Small Team

2 to 20 team members with 2 to 5 on leadership calls. Culture Read $2,000 once. Monthly retainer $2,000 per month.

Growing team

20 to 30 team members with 5 to 10 on leadership calls. Culture Read $4,000 once.

Monthly retainer $4,000 per month. Leadership calls split into two groups for depth and intimacy.

Both require a minimum 6 month commitment.

About Abi.

I didn't get here the conventional way.

I started dancing competitively at seven. By seventeen I was cold calling one of Australia's most iconic brands until they gave me a shot. By twenty-two I was their regional manager while having my babies.

I've never had the right qualifications. I've never waited for permission. And I have never once failed to move the people in front of me.

A PhD founder called me a witch once. Another cried on our call telling me what changed in six months.

I don't give people frameworks and send them back to figure it out themselves. I go into the business. I work with the team. I build the culture while the founder leads the vision.

How much time will this take? The Culture Read is one full day at the start, in person at your business. After that your leadership team commits to a 90 minute Zoom call fortnightly and you commit to a 90 minute monthly call as the founder. Everything else happens in the work between sessions.

Do we need an established leadership team? No. Some of the most powerful ALC engagements start with emerging leaders who have never been formally developed. That's often where the biggest shifts happen.

What if someone can't make a live session? All sessions are recorded. The live interaction is where the real work happens and most clients protect that time because the value is that significant.

Is this only for allied health businesses? ALC began in allied health and the results have been extraordinary. The methodology works across any service based business where the founder is still the cultural centre of gravity.
